Figure 3 shows the differentiated and undifferentiated cells from the islet pancreatic tissues that were infected with PDX1. Very few PDX1+ cells were seen in the differentiated condition. PDX1+ were found in the monolayer in the undifferentiated cell conditions.

Figure 7 demonstrates a model of when AZI1 is weaken, BBSome complex is available to enter the cilia. This is compared to if AZI1 is not weaken as well.
