Based off of the graph in Figure 1a when in the presence of meth there is a decrease in VMAT2-HI downregulation and control of Dopamine transport. The western blot in figure 1a shows an increase of DAT between lanes 1 and 2 and then a decrease in regulation in lanes 2 and 4.

Based off of the graph in Figure 1c when in the presence of meth there is an increase in VMAT2-HI up-regulation and control of Tyrosine hydroxylase. The western blot in figure 1c also shows a decrease in protein levels this provides evidence of decrease in limitation of dopamine intake.
