Figure 2B: Gene TAAR1 produces cAMP in the presence of MDMA. Greater Concentrations of MDMA lead to greater level of cAMP produced. HEK293 cells lineage utilized for direct assay testing.

Figure 6c: Alignment was observed between CTBs (lipid rafts)marked with red florescent proteins and the CB1 (cannabinoid receptor 1) marked with GFP. This suggests that CB1 is a membrane bound protein associated with lipid rafts.

Figure 5: interactions of Oprm1 (designated by symbol mu in figure) in the presence of morphine is observed to increase number of cells with neurite development. Neurite development in cells increase as morphine dose increases.

Figure 2a: In the presents of morphine, gene (marked with symbol mu) is found to bind to GTP. More GTP is bound when in presents of larger concentration of morphine.

Figure 2: yeast mutants for ccw12 protein did not have as great of an observation density compared to ccw12 wild type yeast. This demonstrates that ccw12 is integral for cell wall stability and Yeast growth.

Figure 1: Leaf tissue from Arabidopsis was transformed with delta-OAT-GFP. GFP florescence was observed localized in mitochondria.

Figure 2: the F1F0 complex is associated with the mitochondria and has ATP hydrolysis activity. Oligomycin inhibits the ATP hydrolysis activity of the protein complex by binding to complex active site.
