Figure 5 B shows phosphorelay signal transduction system in C Crescentus from the kinase CC1181 to CC1182.

The histidine kinase autophosphorylates. The phosphoryl group is then passed to the receiver domain of a cognate response regulator. Phosphorylation of the receiver domain typically activates the output domain.

Figure 3C shows the spheroplast fusion assay in lambda, in which inner membrane protein Rz and outer membrane protein Rz1 fuse together during the last step of the lytic stage. Green GFP displays Rz and red mCherry displays Rz1.

Figure 3B shows epifluorescence microscopy evidence used in manual assertion in bacteriophage lambda. Stf, the tail fiber protein, enhances adsorption of ur lambda, causing less darker infection frequencies

Figure 4B and C show the effect of stf (tail fiber protein) on Ur-λ post-infection in bacteriophage lambda. Lysogenization probability of Ur-λ is higher than λWT. This probability increases with increased MOIs.

Tail spikes in Escherichia phage P2 (Bacteriophage P2) is composed of gpV. In Fig 9 B, P2 gpV gets compared to Mu gp45. The results indicate that P2 gpV has typical features of phage tail spikes, such as a protease-sensitive N-terminal domain, a host-binding C-terminal domain, and a trimeric structure. This shows that gpV is a receptor-binding protein involved in the second step of phage adsorption.

Tail spikes in Escherichia phage P2 (Bacteriophage P2) are composed of gpV. In Fig 7, gpV-C was found in the precipitant with the membrane when purified gpV-C and E. coli membranes were mixed and centrifuged. This suggests that gpV-C bound to and precipitated with the E. coli membranes.

No used in manual assertion child term.

Figure 1B show growth curves, in which OD600 reflect the number of E. coli in cultures incubated. ChpK, also called mRNA interferase, is a toxin in Leptospira interrogans that allows increase in OD600 as long as its expressed alongside the antoxin ChpI that neutralizes the toxin. If ChpK is expressed without the ChpI, the toxicity of ChpK will cause the OD600 value to decrease.

Figure 1B show growth curves, in which OD600 reflect the number of E. coli in cultures incubated. ChpI is a antitoxin in Leptospira interrogans that allows increase in OD600 if by itself or if its expressed alongside the toxin ChpK, in which case it neutralizes the toxin.
