May I challenge this challenge? Figure 1-c specifically shows Tse1 cleaving between m-DAP and D-glutamine. It is in fact a signature feature of peptidoglycan to use D-amino acids; they are totally biologically legitimate.

I believe the correct go term is GO:0070011 because all proteins in their biological form are L-amino acids
