A figure still has not been provided. Figure 6 of this paper indicates that the majority of infected cells by NADase SPN have perished. However, it is indicated in the figure that silencing of JNK increases cell survival/protection against even the NADase+ SPN. The figure also suggests that cell death by the NADase- SPN is dependent on JNK1 activation.

First, there is no reference to a figure. Second, the strain of Strep. pyogenes for your protein isn't clarified as it was in your paper. Third, your GO term does not specify how the gene product causes cell death. Fourth, NADase- SPN with expressed SLO also caused cell death (Figure 1A), so your proposed function needs to be more specific.
