In Fig 6 the authors also use an inhibitor (the ICI is an estrogen receptor antagonist). ICI+estrogen or ICI+Relaxin decreases the amount of cell proliferation, indicating that both estrogen and relaxin act via estrogen signaling. To capture this I would also add: Pig relaxin IMP GO:0033148 positive regulation of estrogen receptor signaling pathway (this will capture that there is cross talk between relaxin & estrogen in this system) | Requires Changes |
