Notes do not refer to figure showing direct assay. Using the correct PubMed ID from another challenge to this annotation, it seems the notes are referring to Figure 5.

That would be second-guessing the authors: "ORF103 in ΦSA012 is localized on the tail fiber at the bottom of the baseplate". I don't see a more adequate term than GO:0098025.

GO:0098025 is for the baseplate of the phage. This is a tail fiber located near the baseplate. I think this is not the best GO code choice.

The PMID is incorrect and needs to be fixed. See the challenges. The meat of the note is fine, but lacking in some detail. For example, it was Fig. 5 that showed the location of ORF103 by immunoelectron microscopy.
