A chromatogram of mutations would not be likely to prove catalytic activity if I could understand it. I have a feeling this paper was chosen simply because it is in Russian to confuse both students who would be challenging, and judges, which seems a little unfair to me. It also seems like a review article, which is not relevant, and it is from the 80s, which most likely means there are more relevant papers on the topic anyway. | 2 |
