It has been suggested that we find a more appropriate go term. After further analyzing, I found the go term GO:0006110 this is for regulation of glycolysis. As for the notes, Figure 5. shows that HIF-1alpha, in immortalized lyphoblastoid cell lines (LCL), is able to transactivate its glycolytic target genes.

Find a better GO term. Also with your note section have more percentages or numbers to back up your facts. It wouldn't hurt to lessen the amount of notes you have to get a more clear cursory glance.
