After further consideration, the go term GO:0045893 would fit/define my protien better.

It has been suggested that we find a more appropriate go term. After further analization, I found the go term GO:0003700 this is for DNA specific binding and a transcription activator. This better represents our protien than the regulation of transcription Go term 0006355. Additionally I found that the evidence code should be IDA instead of IMP.
