If you wanted to highlight the nuclear localization of telomerase, I would recommend the GO term GO:0034504, protein localization to nucleus. The evidence code for this should be IDA. Figure 2 A-C shows that TERT staining and DAPI staining are localized to the same location when the images are overlayed, indicating nuclear localization of the protein when the DNA is damaged by hydrogen peroxide. Figure 2D quantifies the nuclear localization in correlation to high DNA damage as a result of of hydrogen peroxide.

I just put the previous challenge and meant non-telomeric function of the telomerase protein Tert, or just Tert function

The GO term is wrong. It should be Tert function or non-telomeric function. Also in the notes section if Fig. 2 is mentioned, it shows the point the previous annotator was trying to make.

From my assessment on 2014-03-11, the GO is definitely not right. So, I can't give any credit if you don't actually give me a GO ID to fix the problem. I'll possibly accept a GO term name if you explicitly state it is the GO term (use quotes or bold or something) but the purpose of this is to have the students learn how to look up and choose GO IDs, not for students to suggest vague corrections that don't actually correct the existing mistakes.

Please tell me the GO ID of the term you're trying to suggest, I have no idea what you mean by "non-telomeric function"
