The N. gonorrhoeae NorB (Ngo) predicted amino acid sequence is compared to the R. eutropha NorB, the R. eutropha NorZ, and the Synechocystis NorB. Therefore a with/from is necessary for all three strains being compared I think the GO term should be GO:0016966, nitric oxide reductase activity instead of GO:0071941, nitrogen cycle metabolic process.
