You state that an endonuclease assay was performed but you didn't mention what the endonuclease assay entailed. Additionally I am confused by the context of your last line, "However, the activity is still apparent without the use of mutant phenotypes." I think both of these issues would be clarified by some additional detail given about some of the experimental procedures. Lastly if they are using mutant phenotype to determine the mechanism as you claim wouldn't the evidence code be inferred from mutant phenotype?

Contributes to GO:0004519 endonuclease activity PMID:16873236 IMP: Inferred from Mutant Phenotype F The experiment focused on the precise role of PA subunit of RNA-dependent RNA Polymerase in transcription. Previous research has suggested that mutant H510A in PA subunit has impaired endonuclease activity and selective inhibited transcription. They used three mutant phenotypes of PA subunit: K102A, D108A, and K134A to determine the effect on polymerase activity. No significant endonuclease activity was determined for mutations which indicates that PA is involved in endonuclease activity (Fig. 5D and G). complete

As noted by the challenge, your notes are more confusing than illuminating, and your evidence code is not correct. Please address both.
