Annotated protein is not of the same phage addressed in the article. The article is on Bam35, if this is a transfer annotation I would include this in the notes for clarification.

In order to properly assign GO Terms for this gene please include the figure which supports your lysozyme activity claim. After reviewing the assigned article my suggestion for Figure Assignment is Figure 4. This figure references the zymogram described in the notes and also shows proof that there is some lysozyme activity.
