My reading says Figure 4b is an assay of E coli primase, not A aeolicus primase. I don't consider ZBD/RPD a mutant- it is the full length protein, so this should be IDA. (I don't consider individual domains as mutants either, though maybe I interpret that incorrectly). Point mutants are shown in panel 4c, if you want to use IMP you should describe the evidence in that panel. Note that A aeolicus primase could also be annotated using appropriate figure in the paper, since as figure 1
