It's hard to tell if this is a standard or transfer, if it's a transfer you're gonna need the Uniprot accession as well as an Evalue that I think you just left out and some HHpred results along with Blastp. Regardless of standard or transfer, you're going to need to include an accession for what your gene is similar to. | None, yet. |
