Hi! A couple of things. netB is a good protein to work with but unfortunately this is not a good paper for it. This paper uses a mutant version of netB to create partial immunity to C perfingens in poultry. It does not show that netB is responsible for pathogenesis, just that it provides partial immunity. It does state that netB is known to be toxic, which implies that previous studies have shown this. If you look in the works cited of this paper you'll be able to find the paper that actually shows that netB causes pathogenesis.

Also, in your notes section, please indicate what figure you are talking about.
