Figure 7 shows C-terminals' importance to Migfilin expression. Migfilin or Filamin regulates EGFR's or epidermal growth factor receptors which in turn mediates PLC-y and STAT3-signaling pathways in glioma cells. It is shown that with a greater expression of Migfilin, signal pathways are enhanced and cell junction assembly was amplified. |
