CACAO Spring 2013

• Don't forget - no using high throughput papers (anything that characterizes 15 or more proteins in the same way). Scientists can write scripts to harvest that information easily!
• Here's a list of the evidence codes that CACAO students may use:

1. IDA: Inferred from Direct Assay
2. IMP: Inferred from Mutant Phenotype
3. IGI: Inferred from Genetic Interaction - requires with/from field to be filled in
4. ISO: Inferred from Sequence Orthology - requires with/from field to be filled in
5. ISA: Inferred from Sequence Alignment - requires with/from field to be filled in
6. ISM: Inferred from Sequence Model - requires with/from field to be filled in
7. IGC: Inferred from Genomic Context
8. IPI: Inferred from Physical Interaction - requires with/from field to be filled in
9. ISS: Inferred from Sequence Similarity - requires with/from field to be filled in -- RARELY!!
