This is exactly what this GO term describes (HU binds to double-stranded DNA in a structure- and sequence-specific manner and bends the DNA into a nucleosome-like structure) I also do not think this entry needs a Qualifier, since the presentation we watched at the beginning of the competition said that we would rarely need one. | 2 |
