The Go ID should be GO:0044748 - 3'-5'-exoribonuclease activity involved in mature miRNA 3'-end processing, which is a molecular function and not a biological one.

GO term ID should be GO:0043331, "response to dsRNA" because the table shows how eri-1 and mutants enhanced sensitivity to dsRNA.

The nuclease annotation suggested by the most recent challenge could be a separate annotation, but would require additional information for evidence and notes.

Table 1 could be used to improve the WB annotation from RNA interference to a regulation term based on ontology changes since the original annotation was made. However, a more granular term could be used based on this paper.
