I also believe that the evidence code should be IDA not IMP, because the levels of antibodies targeted were not depleted. Instead the antibodies were targeted in Bmi1 through immunohistochemistry (IHC) with no intent of changing the protein's function. Then PCR was used to detect the loss of expression in Bmi1. | 3 |
