I believe this article is not specific for your protein of interests or you didn't specify what figure to look at made it look as such.

None, yet.

It is unclear what figure the notes are referring to. Provide more evidence to support the claim of protein function.

You must have listed the wrong PMID. Your paper: Patrick JW, Lee N, Barnes NB, Englesberg E. Coordination of enzyme synthesis in the L-arabinose operon in Escherichia coli. I. The effect of manganous ion on the synthesis of L-arabinose isomerase. J Biol Chem. 1971 Aug 25;246(16):5102-6. is about the wrong material and only goes up to Figure 4. That makes it impossible to check any other part of the annotation.

To confirm that the AH14a_p93 gene encodes functional peptidoglycan hydrolase enzyme, the gene was cloned in E. coli under control of a promoter in Fig 6. Cell lysis occurred when the putative hydrolyse gene was induced by IPTG. A lethal effect was observed on the heterological host. Under Standard Molecular Biological Procedures a Restriction digestion assay was performed to digest the PCR products with a restriction enzyme. complete
