Challenge | Jared.Foote, Team Tiger2 | 2016-04-26 13:39:26 CDT | First of all, the reference for any annotation must be a PubMed ID. Also, I'm not sure whether this should actually receive the evidence code IMP. This reference does not lead to any paper so I cannot determine what kind of procedures were used to assign the IMP evidence code. The Notes field for this annotation does not really help anything either. You only state that this protein, A1, has a mutation that effects gene transcription and that it is "likely" involved in the shut-off gene expression. Also, you state there is some type of interaction with the host, RNA polymerase. You need to tell us evidence that the interaction actually occurs. This can be found in a figure from the PubMed paper. | 1 |
