The Blastp matches need more information. I would add the query cover and the identity. A Blastp match needs to have at least 75% query coverage and 30% identity. To strengthen your annotation, you could use HHpred as well.

This annotation is useless. The PMID is not working correctly which means it's incorrect. In the notes section, include a figure that sums up your experiment and shows the experiment's main focus.
