This was identified as a Troll Gene (9CAUD), so this would have to be a transfer annotation with GO_REF:0000100. Otherwise, you need to do a regular annotation for helicase or helicase activity in phage T4.

Contributes to GO:0006268 DNA unwinding involved in DNA replication other:PMC3729639 IDA: Inferred from Direct Assay P Even though UvsW acts as a Helicase in T4-bacteriophage, it requires the help of another protein gp32. gp32 is a DNA-binding protein, when bounded to the unwinded DNA, enhances the conversion of D-loop structures into unwinded structures. Table1b, lanes 7-12 contains D-loop radioactively labeled dsDNA covered with 2uM of gp32 proteins and exposed to UvsW protein at different time points. Compared to the lanes 1-6, which do no contain gp32 proteins, D-loop structures were relieved at a faster rate in the presence of gp32 proteins. complete

You found a good source but the notes are wrong, perhaps from a different annotation? These look like the notes for a Phage Hunters (Transfer) annotation with the BlastP data. Instead, you need to talk about what in the paper (you can fined both IDA and IMP in there) that supports the Regular Annotation and write it up. Use the example in the instructions as a guide. If Troll has the same gene, you could then do an additional Transfer annotation very easily since you have already done the work.
