As a transfer annotation, the Go_REF code for seaphages should be included. Also, this note appears to be incomplete ("The function of the other gene" is the last line given)

None, yet.

This was fine, except the regular annotation it was based on wasn't acceptable. If the regular annotation is corrected, this can just be recreated as is.

incorrect (CACAO) GO:0004170 dUTP diphosphatase activity GO_REF:0000100 ISA: Inferred from Sequence Alignment UniProtKB:M4HNL1 F BlastP showed that the Troll gene is a homolog to a gene from another bacteriphage, Bacillus phage VB_BCEMBc431v3. The alignment gave an e-value of 1e-122, 93%query cover and 60% identity. Evidence for the function of the Bacillus phage gene is given through experimental evidence done on the phage, T5. The Troll gene also aligned with other dUTP diphosphatase proteins. This is evidence to conclude that the two genes are homologous. The function of this gene is in the reaction that converts dUTP to dUMP. complete

There are a number of problems with this. First, the evidence you have given for dUTP so far (above) is from T4, so to transfer to Troll, you need to get to T4, not just another Bacillus phage, even if that is a multi-step process. Second, you are missing our GO code, and any descriptive information about the gene.
