Your notes are describing a transfer annotation, not a regular annotation, which is what you need to do here. IMP is likely correct, but you will want to cite the part of the paper that demonstrates that information as the evidence (eg, a figure #). Remember, this annotation is about the gene in T5, you make the connection to a Bacillus phage in another annotation.

None, yet.

This annotation is not a transfer, and points to troll gene 122. However, the experimental paper references Bacteriophage T5.

This was identified as a Troll Gene (9CAUD), so this would have to be a transfer annotation with GO_REF:0000100. Otherwise, you need to do a regular annotation for dUTP phosphatase or dUTP phosphatase activity in phage T5.

incorrect (CACAO) GO:0046080 regulation of dUTP diphosphatase activity PMID:381286 IMP: Inferred from Mutant Phenotype P The function of this gene in the T5 phage can be concluded from a mutant phenotype. Figure 4 in the referenced paper shows that the dut mutant T5 phage made was not able to induce dUTPase activity. This gives us evidence to conclude that the function of that gene is a dUTPase. IMP can also be assigned to this phage with evidence from an experimental paper that states the function of a dUTPase. complete

Go term is incorrect. You are describing dUTPase, not a regulator of dUTPase.
