The paper would not show up, but from what I remember it was Figure 2 that showed the ubiquitin thioester formation through an IDA. The best evidence code that I found was for ubiquitin thiolesterase activity (GO:0004221). The annotation would also need to be on the RAT:UBR5 page.

The "from/with" section needs to include the other sequences Drosophila HYD was aligned to, rather than just E6-AP. This inlcludes rat p100 (Uniprot - Q62671), Sacchromyces Cerevisiae RSP5 (Uniprot - P39940), Human d13635 (Uniprot - Q15386), Human D25215 (Uniprot - Q15034), Mouse NEDD4 (Uniprot - P46935), Saccharomyces cerevisiae YKL162 (Uniprot - P33202), SCORF, and Rat UreBl (Uniprot - P51593).

The with content is not annotated for ubiquitin protein ligase activity. The yeast is a better comparison. Uniprot ID: P39940.
