The organism is homo sapiens and the protein is NEDD4. Figure 1C shows that overexpression of NEDD4 is sufficient to show ubiquitination of IFITM3 on a Western blot. Figure 7E shows that inhibition of lysosomal proteases increased IFITM3 levels meaning that NEDD4 is involved in ubiquitin-dependent catabolic process |
