Figure 3 depicts the activity of isocitrate dehydrogenase. The over expressed IDH2 plasmid is shown to have the highest amount of activity, supporting the claim that IDH2 over expression is correlated with colon cancer.

Figure 2 A and B shows a comparison of urine samples of individuals with a recessive mutation to those without the mutation. The graph shows that individuals with the mutation have a lower amount of citrate and isocitrate.

Figure 4 shows a comparison of the wild type and mutant phenotype when grown in phosphate minimal media. The mutant that had ppk knocked out had a significant lower amount of growth in the minimal media supporting the claim that ppk is necessary for growth in phosphate lacking environments.
