A much better GO term would be GO:0010629 (negative regulation of gene expression) rather than previously described.

Evidence Code should be Inferred from Physical Interaction (IPI) because the experimental method described in the Methods section points to the use of Yeast-2-Hybrid high throughput system.

Go term is inappropriate, no binding terms in CACAO, so a possible GO term would be GO:0039657 (suppression by virus of host gene expression).
