There are a few suggestions I would make to this annotation. Firstly, I believe the correct figure for this protein is figure 3 instead of figure 4. In the notes section, the following evidence supporting the figure should be stated- The silencing of ARPC5 revealed significant inhibition of cell migration and invasion in HNSCC cell lines. Also, since ARPC5 was silenced, I believe the evidence code should be changed from IDA (inferred from direct assay) to IMP (inferred from mutant phenotype).

Pancholi gets credit for the annotation for suggesting the appropriate evidence code (IMP). I would NOT accept the change to the notes - Fig 3 only shows that the authors are actually capable of knocking down the level of expression of the ARPC5 gene using siRNAs. It is FIg 4 that shows that the mutants aren't capable of properly completing the process of cell migration.
