Firstly, I believe the correct figure for this protein is figure 3 instead of figure 4. In the notes section, the following evidence supporting the figure should be stated- The silencing of ARPC5 revealed significant inhibition of cell migration and invasion in HNSCC cell lines. Also, since ARPC5 was silenced, I believe the evidence code should be changed from IDA (inferred from direct assay) to IMP (inferred from mutant phenotype). | 2 |
