The GO term should be "abscisic acid mediated signaling pathway" (GO:0009738), which encompasses the protein action, not simply a passive response. This is shown in figure 7, which demonstrates increased GFB activation in response to inreased ABA levels.

Figure 6 does show response to abscisic acid stimulus. However, the response is in suspension-culture cells. Therefore, a more specific GO term would be: GO:0071215 cellular response to abscisic acid stimulus.

I don't agree with either GO term -- the authors are saying the protein is rapidly induced by abscisic acid, but don't show enough support for response to or a signalling pathway annotation.
