The evidence code should be IMP when examining figure 6. The chart does not directly demonstrate calmodulin-dependent protein kinase activity, but demonstrates the CAMK2D activation response to the peptide hormones Ang II and ET-1 in mutants and the resulting CAMK2D activation. In CM280/281VV mutants, activation is blunted because there is not oxidation sites for the peptide hormones, demonstrating that the CAMK2D activates in response to the peptide hormones Ang II and ET-1 stimulating a redox reaction. The GO term should be GO:0043434, response to peptide hormone stimulus.

I gave 2 points to KShields for the new evidence code (IMP), but I still don't think the GO term fits. The authors aren't showing the protein is responsible for mounting the response in the cell - they just dump on the chemical and see what happens to activity. I don't really think this paper is suitable for annotating, though I suppose a location term might come out of Fig 3.
