The proper GO term should be GO:0010631----epithelial cell migration. MCF-10A cells are mammary epithelial. Figure 8 provides supporting evidence by illustrating the effect Gab2 mutants have on cell migration.

A more applicable term to this annotation would be GO:0016477 (cell migration) since expression of wild type Gab 2 is shown in figure 8A to increase cell migration, not merely motility.
