In the paper, specifically in Figure 5 they show that the localization of the NPHP3 is required for the building and maintenance of the primary cilia. Therefore; I think they should annotate to Figure 5 and use the GO:0042384 for cilium assembly (ciliogenesis) since it plays a direct role in ciliogenesis. | 4 |
