Figure 3 suggests that a reduction in HMG CoA reductase leads to a reduction in cholesterol synthesis. This would mean the HMG CoA reductase gene is involved in the positive regulation of cholesterol or the actual synthesis process, not the negative regulation of it. The GO term is incorrect.
