I believe they also cited the wrong organism, I believe the correct Uniprot ID for the protein in question is P0A5A1 because the paper is not citing the Mycobacterium sp. (strain JDM601), it is citing the gene from M. tuberculosis at gene locus Rv3396c. I would cite figure 3 to display the protein's activity, and I would also use the more specific go term, GO:0070548 which is a more specific for a L-glutamine aminotransferase. | 5 |
