this article is has nothing to do with atp binding, the evidence code should be iso due to gene orthologs between mice and humans, it then needs a with/ from code if the previous is correct, it could also have the go term for gene expression as being more relevent to the figure GO:0010467

None, yet.

The article, "The Status, Quality, and Expansion of the NIH Full-Length cDNA Project: The Mammalian Gene Collection" cannot be annotated to a protein or a GO term. The Mammalian Gene Collection (MGC) project is an effort by the NIH to generate full-length complementary DNA (cDNA) resources focusing on human and mouse genes. The MGC project uses the production of libraries, sequencing, and database and repository development, as well as the support of library construction, sequencing, and analytic technologies. The goal of the MGC is to obtain a full set of human and other mammalian full-length (open reading frame) sequences and clones of expressed genes. It does not concern proteins, but rather focuses on sequencing genes of humans and mice.

I agree with We're too cool for a label that this annotation cannot be based on this paper. I did not award points to Scary Elevator because were not the first to identify a problem and they did not offer a suitable correction (I need the with/from, figure, etc).
