Is the annotation simply claiming that the two RC complexes are true light-harvesting complexes because they have sequence similarity? The annotation may be correct, but what does the fact that "the high-resolution structures of RC from Rb. sphaeroides was chosen as a template to predict the structures of RC in R. denitriļ¬cans" tell the reader about LH1 in R. denitrificans? It makes this annotation, which appears to claim high homology, also try to claim structural similarity which is only predicted from data in the table cited here. | 3 |
