I understand that clathrin-mediated endocytosis is used, but that as a GO term isn't specific enough in terms of the virus itself. The article itself is about the entry of the virus, so I went with a GO term that still relates to viruses. If there was a viral entry by clathrin-mediated endocytosis, that would be the best GO term, but as there isn't, I went with the best choice that wasn't over-specific. Also, IEP would not be a appropriate evidence code for this annotation. | 0 |
