I was annotating based only on location, and not a process. I understand your reasoning, and that would be another annotation. However, my annotation is still valid based on the GO term used and the evidence provided.

I think the GO term is too broad and I don't see how you can annotate just Figure 2A and not Figure 2 as a whole.

Figure 2 looks at the role of clathrin-mediated endocytosis. Chlorpromazine inhibits EbGP mediated viral entry and the effect of chlorpromazine treatment on clathrin localization was observed.

Figure 2A does demonstrates that chlorpromazine treated clathrin was seen in random clusters in the cytoplasm compared to untreated cells, which was seen throughout the cell.

Therefore I would use GO:0072583, clathrin-mediated endocytosis and notes Figure 2.

I agree with the challenger that the evidence is not within Fig 2A, but with the original author that the cellular component annotation cannot be altered to a biological process term.
