Reason for challenge - too broad of a GO term.

The authors are looking at nuclear localization with respect to Rim101 in various mutant backgrounds. Figure 3 shows the pattern of Gfp-Rim101 localization in the mutant strains by DIC and fluorescent microscopy. Therefore I think a more specific GO term should be Category:GO:0051647 ! nucleus localization, which has a synonym of "localization of nucleus."

We agree with the original annotation. Nucleus localization would refere to proteins that are responsible for localizing the nucleus to a specific location in the cell, not the proteins that are localized to the nucleus.
