The GO term should be GO:0032720 negative regulation of tumor necrosis factor production. The protein should be A0A0N9NCU6 Effector protein YopJ. The notes should be edited to include "YP126, the wild-type strain of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis, has normal production of effector protein YopJ, and is shown to have little TNF-alpha produced in Figure 3b."
