GO:1904468negative regulation of tumor necrosis factor secretionPMID:9535085ECO:0000335 Biological Process
CL:0000235 occurs in human macrophages. Figure 1B shows J774A.1 macrophages were infected with Yersinia pseudotuberculosis strains both able and unable to secrete full-length translocon YopB for 1 hour. Levels of TNF-alpha in media were quantified, with YopB mutants consistently producing twofold more TNF-alpha.

A0A0H3B6L8 is incorrect protein for this annotation (Yop virulence translocation R) - used Serotype I because there are no proteins listed in serotype III for YopB. Original protein designation should stand because it is the closest to the actual strain used in these experiments.

None, yet.

The GO term should be changed to GO:0032720 negative regulation of tumor necrosis factor production. The protein should be A0A0H3B6L8 Yop virulence translocation R. The notes should be edited to include the protein name given by uniprot.

None, yet.

Yersinia pseudotuberculosis

A0A0N9NJG3 should be the protein ID. This is described as an Uncharacterized protein, I chose this protein designation because there is no YopB for Yersinia pseudotuberculosis.||complete
