First PMID correction in challenge is right; however, a better term is GO:1902916 - positive regulation of protein polyubiquitination

The reference for this annotation is unavailable. The actual PMID for this paper is PMID:27457971. I would use the more specific Goterm GO:0031398 positive regulation of protein ubiquitination, because overexpression of Sirt6 increases ubiquitination of Fox01.

I don't like the UB terms. The paper only states "Once FoxO1 exits to the cytosol, it quickly degrades in the proteasome following ubiquitination. Accordingly, the ectopic expression of Sirt6 significantly increased FoxO1 ubiquitination (Fig. 4F), supporting the notion that Sirt6 causes the deacetylation, cytosolic translocation, and proteasomal degradation of FoxO1."

The mechanism isn't clear. It COULD be something to do with Ub'ination, or it could be that trafficking the substrate to another location makes it easier for something else to do the Ub'ination. I'd want a better figure (clearer proof) before making a statement like this.
