There needs to be a PMID for your reference that describes your go term: nicotinate phosphoribosyltransferase activity. Your reference does not link to an article.

The paper describes yeast BNA6 and is posted on the page for Human NAPRT. You need to first set up a standard annotation to yeast BNA6, with a proper GO term, and remove the HHPREd comment from your notes. Then you can set up a separate transfer annotation to human NAPRT, if it is appropriate, with the same GO term, using your HHPRED data and with the GO_REF:0000100 as your reference and the yeast BNA6 as the with/from.

GO:0004516 nicotinate phosphoribosyltransferase activity PMID:18321072 IDA: Inferred from Direct Assay F According to HHPRED the protein nicotinate phosphoribosyltransferase shares a homology with the protein Quinolinate Phosphoribosyl Transferase, with an e value of 1.2E-12. Figure 3 shows the structural homology between Dimer of scQAPRTase complexed with phthalate and PRPP. (B) Hexamer of aposcQAPRTase. The function of nicotinate phosphoribosyltransferase is to catalyze the conversion of nicotinic acid (NA) to NA mononucleotide (NaMN). complete
