I don't think its neccesary to reference a figure in the notes for the annotation, and it indicates that it is responsible for regulating the response to stress by showing that, without it, numerous stress conditions cause greater fatality then they typically would with it.

You need to include a figure that you reference in your notes to make it clear that the sigma factor is responsible for survival, and that survival is due to the function of the sigma factor. But, i'm not sure you can use this paper as it seems to be merely investigating the survival of bacterium with a mutated sigma factor, as opposed to changes in the function of the sigma factor itself. This annotation does not prove the function of a sigma factor, only that sigma factors are important.

I think i tried to fix it but it didn't work for some reason, I plan to try again if we get the opportunity to edit our annotations after this challenge. It is atlas the correct paid though so it can still be used to find the paper, just have to get to pubmed first.

Just something minor - change your reference to (I'm assuming would be) PMID: 10383961

GO:0080134 regulation of response to stress PMID:10383961 IMP: Inferred from Mutant Phenotype P The authors used a null mutation of the sigma b factor to determine whether it would effect the survival of the bacteria under various conditions. A large drop in survival was found in bacteria with the null mutation under heat, ethanol, shock, salt, and acid stress. complete
